Dr. Herbert Mills

Dr Mills grew up in Lorain Ohio, near Cleveland. His parents were teachers in the Lorain School System. This is where his love of learning began.

His father encouraged Dr Mills to become a dentist. Two earlier family members of the Mills family were dentists.

His undergraduate college degree is from Ohio State University. The Major was in Psychology.After serving his country in the US Army, he returned to Columbus Ohio and started his family. He has one son and two amazing grandchildren.

Dr Mills earned his DDS degree from The College of Dentistry at Ohio State University. He has done additional and extensive self-study in the area of Preventive Dental Medicine. This study and practice led to the creation of an unique type of oral irrigation. The irrigation has been patented.

Dr Mills also has extensive training and experience in oral rehabilitation and cosmetic dentistry. His hobbies are working out, hiking photography and non-fiction books.

Dr. Dhaval Thakkar

Dr. Thakkar received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Chicago, Illinois in 2005. He then moved to Boston to attend Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. During his senior year of dental school, he was honored to serve the veterans at the VA hospital in Togus, Maine. He graduated from dental school in 2009 and had an opportunity to help the underserved population in the south of Chicago for two years. He finally deiced to move to Texas in 2011 because he fell in love with the warm weather and warm-hearted people of Texas.

Dr. Thakkar has been practicing dentistry for over seven years and is committed to keeping up with the latest advances in modern dentistry. He completes many times the required number of continuing education hours every year. He genuinely believes every patient should be treated as one of his family members. He is passionate about dentistry and loves helping his patients improve their smiles and quality of life. Dr. Thakkar is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Texas Dental Association. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly, and son, Yash when he is away from doing dentistry.
